We played here on Friday night. It was fun, not quite the crowd shown above, but there was a decent turn-out and people listened and we got applause and more tips than we got at the Swap Meet the previous Sunday. We arrived, just Craig and I, with the sound and there wasn't a soul there except for one food truck. A banner hung out from, announced we were in the right place and a banner next to it said: "Made possible by funding from the Valley Church of Scientology" We were a little nervous, but it all turned out ok. No recruiting for joining any religion.
This was what it looked like from the back of the lot before anyone came. The restrooms were in the Radiator Shop next door. Nancy called in sick and and Norm & Oleeta came. No one else could make it.
It was ok practice.
